Students qualified to participate in the 4th and 5th editions of BIP EAA will be informed about it by February 28, 2026.
Next, each student begins preparing their Learning Agreement (LA). This document is filled out online using the service available at https://www.learning-agreement.eu/. Watch the video to learn how to create your account on this platform, which will allow you to prepare your LA and then submit it for approval by both the sending and receiving institutions. Select the type of LA that corresponds to „Blended Mobility with short-term physical mobility.” Then, you will proceed to fill in the following sections: Student Information, Sending Institution Information, Receiving Institution Information, Mobility Programme, and Commitment.
In the „Student Information” tab, provide your personal details and the academic year during which the mobility will take place. In the „Field of Education” select „Motor vehicles (0716) (811)”.
In the „Sending Institution Information” tab, select your country and the name of your university. Provide the details of the „Sending Responsible Person” and the „Sending Administrative Contact Person.” Pay attention to correctly entering their email addresses, as they will receive information requesting the approval of your LA. In the „Receiving Institution Information” tab, select Poland and „CASIMIR PULASKI RADOM UNIVERSITY”. Receiving Responsible Person data are as follows: Krzysztof Górski, position: Erasmus+ coordinator, email: krzysztof.gorski@urad.edu.pl Receiving Administrative Contact Person data are as follows: Agnieszka Dąbrowska, position: Head of International office, email: a.dabrowska@urad.edu.pl

Students accepted for the 4th BIP EAA must fill in the field „Short description of the virtual component,” please enter the following content there: „Erasmus+ Automotive Academy is an educational program aimed at students interested in solidifying and deepening their knowledge, competencies, and practical skills in the field of automotive engineering. The program includes both virtual and physical mobility components. It should be emphasized that the scope of the virtual part of a specific edition of EAA is agreed by the program partners and it is presented on the project website (https://eaa.uniwersytetradom.pl/schedule-2026/) in the „Schedule” tab. for 2026. In particular, the virtual part of the 4th BIP EAA entitled „Service and Maintenance of Electric Drive Cars” aims to introduce participants to key aspects of electric vehicle technology, operation, and maintenance. It starts with a welcome session and an overview of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), followed by lectures covering the fundamentals of vehicle electrical systems, energy storage solutions, and electric drive technologies. The programme also addresses general safety principles related to working with electric vehicles, as well as basic diagnostic and maintenance approaches. The lecture component provides participants with essential background knowledge and prepares them for the physical mobility phase in Radom, where practical activities and further applied learning will be carried out.”.

The physical part of EAA, depending on the edition, includes laboratory classes related to the content of the agreed lectures. Students will be offered a cultural program that supports European integration and promotes its values.
Number of ECTS credits should be 3. The main language of instruction at the Receiving Institution: English. The level of language competence: B1 or higher.
After moving to the „Commitment” tab, click „Sign and send…” This will forward your LA for signature by the appropriate individuals at the sending and receiving institutions.
An access to the lecture will be provided online via the Microsoft Teams platform available for iOS and Android mobile device. Access to the meeting on the MS Teams platform will be available via a link, which will be sent to each BIP participant at their email address.

Insurances: Students participating in the Erasmus+ scholarship program are required to have insurance covering medical treatment costs, accidents, and liability. Basic coverage is provided by the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which grants access to healthcare in the host country (EU/EFTA) on the same terms as the citizens of that country. The EHIC allows access to healthcare only in those facilities that operate within the public healthcare system of the respective country.
Co-financing:the source of funding for the mobility is the financial resources of the sending university, primarily from the Erasmus+ programme. The scholarship is transferred to the student’s bank account by the sending university prior to the mobility, after the financial agreement has been signed and all required documents have been submitted (i.e. the Learning Agreement for the Blended Intensive Programme – Before the Mobility, the Declaration, and the Bank Data Form). For further details, please contact the Erasmus+ programme coordinator at your home university.
